On Thursday, October 15th the Atlanta Victim Assistance, Inc. Board of Directors is hosting an intimate evening designed to bring together community leaders, business professionals, civic partners, advocates, and friends of AVA who believe every victim deserves access to compassionate, comprehensive, and timely support.

Guests will hear directly from a survivor, learn from professionals working across the victim-services system, and have an opportunity to make a meaningful financial investment in AVA's continued work.

About the Evening

The event is hosted by event chairs and AVA board members, Pamela Smith and Vince Velazquez. The evening will include networking, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, a powerful survivor story, and an informative panel featuring an advocate, law enforcement officer, judge, and attorney. The conversation will highlight the intersections of their work and the importance of a coordinated response when victims and survivors are navigating systems following victimization.
