Dear Friends,

I am pleased to share with you the report below which highlights the significant impact that Atlanta Victim Assistance, Inc. has made in our community in 2024.

This has been a milestone year for AVA; we celebrated 40 years of moving victims to victors! This past year alone, AVA served more than 4,500 Atlantans with our comprehensive programs and services that bring hope and healing in the aftermath of crime. And, the long-standing, positive reputation we’ve built over the past four decades has enabled us to explore new initiatives to enhance support for victims and their families. As we move into the coming year, we eagerly anticipate expanding our reach to help more people who need us.

The examples in this report demonstrate that we are deeply committed to providing victims and their families with the support and resources to transform their experiences into sources of strength and hope. But we know we couldn’t do this work without you. The success of the last 40 years—and our future impact—is possible thanks to the generosity of friends and supporters like you.
